At ALYS Always Love Yourself, we believe skincare should be an empowering and stress-free experience. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer the following return options:
Return Eligibility
Available for domestic orders within the USA, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses and U.S. Territories.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
Email info@alys.love with your order number in the subject line. Our team will guide you through the process.
Return Guidelines
First-Time Buyer Satisfaction Guarantee – If it’s your first ALYS purchase, you may return a lightly used product (at least 75% remaining) for a refund. We want you to shop with confidence!
All Other Returns – Products must be unopened and in original condition for a refund.
Bundles & Sets – Only full sets may be returned; partial returns are not eligible.
Non-Refundable Items – Shipping costs, gift wrapping, and purchases made from other retailers.
Return Shipping – We do not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to an ALYS error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving your return at our fulfillment center.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package:
Check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier.
Contact us at info@alys.love within 48 hours, and we will assist in locating your order.
If necessary, we will work with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund based on the investigation.
